
We are gift of God it dosen’t matter how the conditions are for his worship. So how about making a small pilgrimage this Memorial Day, like on 100 anniversary of the Saint Tikhon’s Monastery in South Canaan Township, Wayne County, Pennsylvania? It is not going to cost you much and it may prove to be just the right kind of break that you might have been looking for.
Everyone knows climbing mountain is a tough job but on this day it seems to be very easy task for those who visited here.
On this occasion Father John Kowalezyk said
I remember reading the history that it was also very hot 102 years ago. And they walked the first pilgrimage; there were 3,000 people that assembled here in South Canaan.
So what do you say? You might be far off from that particular place, but I do sincerely hope that the idea of taking a short pilgrimage in an off beat place like monastery in a small town like South Canaan or a temple in the jungles.
